Starting off, we have had our fair share of plumbers since buying our 1928 spanish revival in Whitfield... At least 5 or 6. By saying this, you now realize that we KNOW when we find a complete winner. That's what this company is. FIVE☆☆☆☆☆. Reasonably priced and excellent at taking care of all of our monumental needs in this house, along with putting up with our rambunctious Australian Shepard. Usually Chaos barks, but for these plumbers, he rolls on his back for big scratches. Look no further for the best plumbers around. 1-Tom-Plumber is are go to from now on!

Robert was very professional and very informative of what he fixed my kitchen sink pipes and the new toilet water pump, I was very satisfied with his work and experience. Also he took the time to explain me what was going wrong and how he did to fix both problems.

We had them install a recirculation pump for a tankless water heater to get hot water to the faucet faster. They came by, took a look at the job, gave us a free estimate that was definitely a reasonable price and scheduled it on the day we wanted it done. They did an excellent job! If you want great plumbing for a reasonable amount, call these guys!

We had a house full of people in town for Thanksgiving and all of our toilets suddenly stopped working and showers backed up as well. We called for an emergency call not sure anyone would be available given the holiday. Tallon was over within an hour and did a fantastic job. Extremely courteous and explained everything. Could not have been nicer and had us back up and working in less then an hour.. Absolutely saved the day!!

I had a leak and Tallon saved the day. He found the leak behind the concrete wall and did a great job fixing the leak and water pressure. I recommend 1-tom to everyone and I will definitely use them again.

We called 1 Tom Plumber this morning and Pascual was at our house within an hour. We knew that we had a leak but thought it was associated with the water conditioner. Pascual checked it out and said it was leaking near our water conditioner. He called Josh and he arrived within the hour and said that the leak was under the floor in our garage within a foot of the conditioner. Pascual took out his air hammer and broke up a very small area. He found the leak and began repairing the leaking line. After the repair, he poured a bag of cement and did a great job. Pascual cleaned everything up and even helped me push my car into the garage! The water was turned on and wow..we were very happy!! My wife and I were very pleased with the job that Pascual did and with 1Tom Plumbing!

Kevin Houston and Austin saved us! We were nearing the end of our home remodel when another plumber canceled our appointment at the last minute. We were in a tough spot because we couldn’t move in without the plumbing fixtures and traps installed throughout the house. Thankfully, Kevin and Austin stepped in and saved the day. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They handled everything from the kitchen and bathrooms to laundry fixtures seamlessly.
